Enable local echo: ctrl+a ctrl+c

Test with pen 3G

Connect pen to USB port. If the pen is connected to /dev/ttyUSB0, at a 9600 bps speed, run the following commands:

   1 picocom -b 9600 /dev/ttyUSB0
   2 atz
   3 ati
   4 # local echo, ctrl+a ctrl+c 
   5 # exit, ctrl+a ctrl+x 
   6
